Home Area

The Home area of RuneGuild is one of the most important places in the game. It contains all useful shops, the marketplace, chests and so on. Most of the Home area speaks for itself, but it's easy to miss something with all the different buildings, NPCs and even the expanded Home area that lies south of the main area. That's why this article will break down everything you should know about RuneGuild's home area.

Main Area

The main area of RuneGuild's home is where you end up with home teleport. This contains all most important things in one place. To more clearly explain about the area, we've narrowed it down to 6 colored sections. Each section will be described below.

Red Area

The red area is the place-to-be to do all your shopping. You can even teleport straight there using ::shops. There are 2 marketplace stalls containing 10 different shops with heaps of items. There's also an Ironman Store, found through the Iron Man Tutor. On top of this it contains the Workbench, which houses the Upgrade Manager, Imbuement Manager and Scrap table. You'll undoubtedly find yourself in this building a bunch throughout the game.

When we look outside of the building, there's a chest area on the west side with Crystal chest, Enhanced Crystal chest, Brimstone chest and the Tooth chest. On the east side, there's the Instance Manager to help you create and join instances, the RuneGuild Event podium and a portal to Daemonheim. North of the building you'll find a bank chest with the Emblem Trader walking around, to exchange your emblems, totems and statuettes with. Lastly there's AFK Cabinets on both sides.

Blue Area

The blue area is less busy but also important. It contains the Altar where you can switch Magic spellbooks and a Prayer altar, that can also have bones used on it for more Prayer XP. South of the building stands Steve, who's responsible for everything related to Slayer. He can give you Slayer tasks, sell you Slayer items, exchange your Slayer points for rewards and even reset or extend Slayer tasks (under the 'Extra' option).

Purple Area

The purple area is where you can speak to Mac to get your Skillcapes, including Max or Completionist capes. He can also help you to reset your Combat stats for a fee. At the bottom of the building you'll find Grace, who can give you Graceful gear or Agility XP in exchange for Marks of grace from Agility courses. North of the building is a red portal to enter Death's domain. South of the building is a House portal to teleport you to your Player Owned House. There's also a dwarf that can sell Construction supplies and make your logs into planks, while there's an Estate Agent at the other side, who can help you with your house. Next to the doors of the building you can also find a Loyalty Chest, lootable every 24 hours.

Green Area

The green area is most used for the Trading Post and bank. You can access the Trading Post through the Clerks behind the desk. They can also unpack armour sets for you. The Trading Post lets you sell and buy items similar to the Grand Exchange. Behind the desk you'll also find the Vote Manager, who can help you enter the Lottery and show the Vote ticket shop. On the other side stands the Guild Manager. You can upgrade your Guild Rank there, see the Guild Shop and convert your Guild Coins to Guild Points by using them on the manager. Besides the NPCs there are also two Marketplace stands in the top corners of the building.

Yellow Area

The yellow area isn't all too eventful. You can set a bank pin at the Security Guard at the bottom of the building. At the top of it you'll find Zahur. He's a very useful companion for all Herblore-related tasks. For a fee, he can decant potions to 1, 2, 3 or 4 doses, clean noted herbs and make unfinished potions if you bring the resources. South of the building you can find a Fairy Ring. Next to the doors of the building you can also find a Loyalty Chest, lootable every 24 hours.

Orange Area

Finally there's the orange area in the east part of home. At the top of it you can find the entrance to Jotunheim and Odins Chest. There's also a Jester that sells Mithril seeds to use for gambling. At the bottom there's also a gambling area, where you can challenge other players to a round of Flower Poker. Last but not least there's the entrance to the Tournament Lobby along with the Tournament Manager, who can also show you the shop.

Expanded Area

The expanded area of RuneGuild's home is not visited as often as the main area, and sometimes unfamiliar even with long-time players. It lies between the Main Area and the Edge Boss arena. To more clearly explain about the area, we've narrowed it down to 4 colored sections. Each section will be described below.

Green area

In the green area, you'll find some interesting NPCs and tools. For example, the building contains a furnace and anvils right next to a bank chest, which is just outside the building. As far as NPCs go, there's Horvik, who can repair your broken armour (e.g. Void, Barrows) for a fee, or create a Zammy Hasta out of a Zammy Spear. There's also a Master Farmer walking around to pickpocket, and his cousin Fred the Farmer, who you can speak to to start Sheep Shearer.

Yellow area

The yellow area contains six Thieving stalls to begin with, a good training spot. Next to it you'll find two Mahogany trees, which are very useful to make Mahogany planks out of for Construction. On the other side of the lake you'll find Teak trees, also useful for Construction.

Blue Area

The blue area isn't all that special, aside from a cow walking a cow wheel. There's also several sheep however, useful for Sheep Shearer quest. Just to the right of the cattle field, you'll find a Spirit Tree, able to teleport you to several Gnome-related locations.

Red Area

In the red area, you'll find a building with a Drunken Dwarf walking around in it. This is where you can retreive your Dwarf Cannon for free, if it ever breaks completely. On the left side of the building there's Watson walking around. He can exchange Easy, Medium, Hard and Elite Clue scrolls for one Master Clue scroll. Finally south of the building, Veos is able to teleport you to Port Sarim or Land's End.
