PVP Scratch Card
The PVP Scratch cards can be obtained by appearing on the PVP Scoreboard, which you do by killing other players in the Wilderness. You'll get a reward if 3 of the same item lines up diagonally, horizontally or vertically. These are the items available through the scratchy:
